1 - are all the icon consistent? b) hmm... i think so..
2 - If i didn't give away what the design really is about, can you guys recognize it? a) YEAH!! i can!! (i think. haha)
3 - are the colours ok? b) can change here and there a bit i think the drop shadow abit distracting ler. consider making the colours more consistent? :D colour pallete!
4 - can you guys guess which icon is for which use? a) yep! the green one is for messege and bla bla bla
eh...oh ya. itu cyclops camera!! last time i oso got do bah! XDDD but last last din pick greek myth. XP
5 - how would you rate the whole thing? not bad lah. wahaha. go hani!
6 - have any suggestion for me to change(put background/perspective etc)? add more highlights? :3 the gradients seem overwhelming. xD pixel icons are fine. :D
7 - would you use these icons for your mobile? my phone tak boleh pakai. LOL.

I think the pixel icons are more consistent than your vector ones.
2) (a) yeah I can.
3) (a) it's nice already.
4) (a) yeap.
5) I'm not gonna rate like that, lol, overall, i like it. No negatives.
6) I think they're fine the way they are.
7) (b) I'd give it a go.
